It’s also SUPER light — it’s impossible to feel bad after eating this (unless you’re allergic to parsley or something… in which case, I’m sorry :( )




* parsley

* onion

* garlic

* tomato

* quinoa

* chickpeas

* olive oil

* fresh lemon juice



Chop the parsley, onion, garlic and tomato into super small pieces.

Add in the additional ingredients.

You can also add a bit of salt and pepper to taste, or any other spices that you like. But start by adding very little bits at a time and always taste-test.
