I just posted a new YouTube video inspired by the food documentary “Hungry for Change” because it had a massive impact on me.

The doc is obviously about food and health, but the final message at the end of the documentary really struck a chord with me and connects EVERYTHING together. Seriously. It connects food, mental health, physical health and emotional well-being. It was really inspiring and empowering. And I just had to share it with you guys.

WARNING! This is a crazy long video. I totally understand if you look at the time, see it’s 20 minutes long and scream WHAT?! I DON’T HAVE 20 MINUTES! The reason it’s so long is because it’s my first video in a while, and I find that once the camera starts rolling, I kind of lose control of my mouth and can’t shut up. I have so much to update you guys on since my last video, which was about 8 months ago! So I delve into what I’ve been up to before going into Hungry for Change… but I swear, it all connects, it’s not just me blabbing for no reason.
