I will admit, this is not my healthiest concoction!
But I’m a good girl 90% of the time and sometimes I just wanna be bad. I woke up this morning and decided I wanted a treat. A girl’s gotta give in to her sweet tooth once in a while 🙂
*Handful of frozen mixed berries (with extra strawberries thrown in!)
*Handful of frozen bananas
*Original chocolate almond milk (fill up so you cover the fruits 3/4 of the way to the top)
*Fill with water until the fruits are almost covered in the blender (reduce or increase depending on how thick/watery you like you drinks)
*Add a dollop of almond butter
Blend and serve
