As you may have noticed, I’ve been on a blogging and social media hiatus for several months. I made a video on my Youtube channel that will give you a bit of insight into why I have been absent, as well as an update on where I’m at now and my plans for the future.
I’ve never been one to make New Years resolutions because I think that I should make positive resolutions all year round. BUT it’s always good to have a little extra incentive. And with this brand new year and new chapter in my life, I’ve decided that my resolution for 2013 is to post to my blog one a week. Sometimes I will embed a video, like in this post, and sometimes I’ll post recipes or insights. I’m really excited for what 2013 has in store and I can’t wait to continue to share my love for natural wellness with the blogosphere 🙂
