Everyday Minerals – 7 Free Samples (Even to Australia! Wowee)

I’ve wanted to try out some new mineral makeup, but there’s one thing standing in my way:

EVERYTHING IS SO OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE IN AUSTRALIA!

Whew, feels good to get that off my chest.

I remembered that back home I had received some free samples from some awesome companies that want you to test out their product before you buy, which I think is such an excellent idea, especially for people like me with such sensitive skin.

The most beautiful link you can find on your fave beauty website (or any website, for that matter!)

So I started googling things like “free makeup samples australia.” One of the sites that came up was actually for a brand that I had previously received free samples from back in Canada, Everyday Minerals. I figured I’d check it out. I’m pretty sure I had to pay shipping back then so I assumed that it would cost me an arm and a leg to ship it out to Australia, but hey, I figured it was worth a look.

I chose a few foundation colours, a blush and two eye shadows (you get 7 free samples… I know, how awesome is that?)

I added my choices to the cart, put in my postal code for an estimated shipping price and braced myself for mid-range double digits. You can imagine my shock when I saw $2.83 AUD on the screen! I was so excited! Obviously I made the purchase (it came out to $3 CAD exactly). I know it will probably take a few weeks to arrive, but hey, I really can’t complain. Plus, from what I remember, the samples are small but actually last a while. I think i still have some half-empty mini jars back home.

I can’t wait until they arrive! It always feels like my birthday when I receive packages in the mail (even if I bought them myself lol).

Check out Everyday Minerals! They have great, natural, gentle products, and this is the best way to find your perfect shade :)
